About MRLO

MRLO Founder, Creator and my Inspiration.

My name is Hilary and this is my daughter Mikki. I am a mom, an elementary school teacher and now the founder and creator of Mikki Rae Little Ones.

As a mom, I always looked for clothes for Mikki that were neutral, simple, stylish and effortless. Between maternity leave and living through a global pandemic, this gave me time to be creative and the idea of MRLO blossomed.

As an educator, I know the importance of inclusivity and allowing children the opportunity to be themselves. I have thoughtfully chosen for MRLO Waffle Sets to be geared toward all little ones, no matter ones gender identity.

When styling Mikki’s nursery I was drawn to neutral textures and colours, wooden materials, and a soft calming environment.

P.S Here are a few little things about me...

I love reality TV shows. I love to organize clothes, cabinets and just about anything in my home. I enjoy spin class ( I hope that comes back soon). I love red wine. I have a dog named Oakland (after the Oakland Raiders - my husband's favourite football team). I met my amazing husband at summer camp and I truly have the best family and friends in the world.
